世界摄影杯马来西亚摄影比赛2018~规则与条例

• 冠军 : FUJIFILM 相机 + 奖杯 + 奖状

• 冠亚季军代表马来西亚国家参加世界摄影杯大赛 2018

仅限婚礼组
• 金相奖 Golden Image Award x 10份 + 奖状
• 银相奖 Silver Image Award x 10份 + 奖状

技术要求 :
1. 图像不可标记水印
2. 模式：RGB彩色或黑白
3. 参数：4000参数
4. 分辨率：300 dpi
5. 格式：JPEG 10
6. 颜色配置文件：sRGB或Adobe 98

1. 参赛作品数码档案书写名称: 18(Category)-(Full Name)-(Number of entry).jpg

2. 呈交比赛作品: ①参赛表格 ②复印银行存入单(参赛费) ③JPG档案，若参赛者未符合此规定者或逾期交件皆不予受理，且所有参赛作品均不退回。

3. 参赛费: RM12 / 每份作品。参加作品不限量，参赛5份送1份(6份作品仅需5份参赛费RM60)，10份送2份(12份作品仅需10份参赛费RM120)，只限一次一起报名参赛。

10. 所有参赛照片将在Fujifilm SPS / WPC摄影展上展出。

11. 参赛作品需为参赛者本人作品，不限件数，但每件作品必须为符合主题。主办单位有权取消参赛资格，有关引发之争议并由参赛者自行负责。

12. 参赛作品张数不受限制，使用电脑增强是当今摄影的一部分，允许相片裁剪，调整光暗对比度, 彩色饱和度及锐化度，谢绝实际合成作品。所有提交应该展示基础摄影技能、图像创造力或技术技巧是得分基础。

13. 参赛及得奖作品将归主办当局所有，主办单位有权将任何参赛或得奖作品在不需要付出任何版权酬金下公开使用。

14. 每位参赛者只能赢取各组别的冠、亚、季军其中一份奖。婚礼组: 只能赢取冠、亚、季军其中一份奖及赢取一份金相奖或银相奖。

15. 所有得奖者需配合前往本活动颁奖典礼领取奖项，得奖名单将通知及公布於主要媒体。

16. 评审团之裁决为最后之决定，任何口头或书面之投诉，慨不受理。

17. 凡参赛者均被认为同意接受本细则所列之条文，而不能有异议。

18. 本简章如有未尽处，本会有权随时增删之。

3. Participation Fees : RM12 per entry. No limit to the number of submissions.

9. Awards Ceremony & Fujifilm SPS / WPC Photo Exhibition: Oct. / Nov. 2018. Location: Kuala Lumpur.

10 All entries photo will display in Fujifilm SPS / WPC photo exhibition.

11. All entries must be the original works of contestants. There is no limit to the number of entries as long as each work is in line with the theme of the contest. As such, the organizers have the right to cancel the eligibility should it not comply with the theme.
12. All submissions must demonstrate basic photographic skills. An image with a simple and powerful message could be identified as the highest score image without so much as to rely on creativity or technical manipulation.

13. The organizers & sponsors have the absolute right to use the photos for public display without having to pay any royalties.

14. Each participant can only win one of the top prizes (1st to 3rd) in each category. For Wedding : only win one of the top prizes (1st to 3rd) and/or either a Gold or Silver Image award.

15. All winners are required to attend the award presentation ceremony, details of which will be published in the major newspapers/magazines.

16. The decisions of the judges shall be final. No further enquiries will be entertained.

17. All Contestants must expressly agree and accept the above conditions.

18. The organiser has the right to amend the above conditions without prior notice.
